Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Heritage Behavioral Health, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and families to promote healing and growth.

• Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on unique family dynamics.

• Addressing various complex issues including alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with the goals of each family, ensuring that interventions are both relevant and actionable.

• Managing a diverse caseload and maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and participating in regular team meetings to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients, as well as children and adolescents, providing therapy that caters to various needs. Your work will center around families facing challenges such as separation, divorce, blended family dynamics, communication barriers, and job-related stress.
