Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify areas of concern, using standardized clinical tools and personal interviews.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on client feedback and evolving needs, emphasizing a client-centered approach to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a wide-ranging client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. You will address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. By focusing on evidence-based interventions and fostering a supportive online environment, you will facilitate clients' journeys toward personal growth and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the appropriate state authorities is essential for this role.

• Experience providing individual therapy and/or couples therapy, demonstrating competency in diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Experience working with both children and adults is preferred, showcasing versatility in client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
