This position is fully remote, allowing you to manage your schedule and tailor your client appointments to fit your needs. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and ongoing documentation, including case notes, treatment plan reviews, and progress updates following company policies and procedures.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering high-quality therapy sessions with consistency and commitment.

• Provide exceptional customer service and emotional support, fostering a trusting relationship with clients and their families.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to help clients articulate and achieve their personal goals.

• Coordinate care with case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, ensuring a holistic approach to client wellness and adherence to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Native Health Center, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will provide essential support for clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. A strong focus is placed on ensuring that all clients receive culturally sensitive care that is tailored to their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a customizable compensation plan that includes an hourly pay structure supplemented by commission on claims.
