Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, incorporating tools and methods suited to their unique situations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific requirements, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive change and progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, various treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients with complex needs.

• Stay informed on current research and advancements in the field of mental health to continually enhance therapy approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that complies with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on clients experiencing challenges related to divorce, relationship counseling, and various mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
