Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that treatment addresses unique relational and emotional needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health conditions and familial dynamics, formulating tailored treatment plans based on findings.

• Implement evidence-based techniques, including family systems theory, to navigate and resolve issues related to communication, relationship distress, and family tension.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support that prioritizes client and family safety during high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in line with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, and coping strategies that enhance relational health.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.

As a licensed therapist with Fully Aided Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, this role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience.
