Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to determine symptom intensity, frequency, and duration, specific to mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, needs, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to improve client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them to take charge of their mental well-being.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in condition or feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
