Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to determine their psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific circumstances and goals.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services—including individual, couples, and family therapy—utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address varied client concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and assessments related to their therapy, adhering strictly to organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, clinical supervision meetings, and workshops to ensure continuous learning and adherence to best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n
