The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level tax associate to join the Tax & Estate Planning team in our Chicago office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You You have 4-5 years of relevant law firm tax experience or 4-5 years of Big 4 accounting firm experience in the M&A area; You ideally have experience in the income tax aspects of M&A and Finance; You have a J.D. degree and strong academic background; and You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois.
