Program Manager

The Naval Power, Electronic Airborne Systems Sub-Strategic Business Unit is seeking a Program Manager to support Sustainment and Depot Standup program execution. This position will specifically be responsible for multiple contracts across various phases of program life cycles, particularly depot and field support.

This is an onsite position at our McKinney, TX facility. Relocation assistance is NOT available currently.

Will You Will Do:

• Drive execution of schedule milestones in alignment program execution requirements
• Lead internal and external (Customer) program communication and reporting cadence, continuity, and content coordination
• Execution, and reporting of labor budgets, financial management, and estimate at completion (EAC) development
• Generate program risk and opportunity management plans, including CORE activities
• Support leadership reviews, including Gate Reviews, Program Reviews, and Customer Reviews
• Work closely with the Execution leadership team and functional leaders to integrate strategy, communications, planning, continuous improvement, and execution discipline
• Display strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and external customers
• Influence actions and change management
• Ability to travel domestically ~25%

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Prior financial management or CAM experience
• Prior Engineering Team/IPT Lead or Project management experience
