We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role supports day-to-day payables activity, including invoice handling, account reconciliation, and payment preparation, while working closely with the Controller. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in accounts payable operations, strong attention to detail, and confidence using QuickBooks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner using QuickBooks.

• Reconcile approximately 35 to 40 accounts on a daily basis to ensure records remain accurate and current.

• Prepare and assist with check runs while verifying payment details and supporting documentation.

• Investigate discrepancies in invoices, payments, and account balances and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain organized accounts payable records and ensure documentation is complete for audit and reporting purposes.

• Work closely with the Controller to support daily accounting operations and meet department deadlines.

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a closely related accounting support role.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Proven ability to process invoices, assign proper coding, and manage payment workflows.
• Experience performing regular account reconciliations with strong accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a structured workday.
• Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.
