Job Description
This is a sales-first position with light office support. Most of your time is spent following up leads, quoting, closing, and working renewals. The rest is handling basic service work and keeping files and the CRM clean so nothing falls through the cracks. Your opportunity to earn commission on new sales is Limitless.

ResponsibilitiesSales (about 70%)
Follow up inbound calls, web leads, referrals, and quote requests the same day
Gather needs, run quotes, present options, and close personal lines and small commercial accounts
Cross-sell and round out existing policies when it makes sense
Work renewals early and protect retention
Log activity so the pipeline stays visible
Clerical / office (about 30%)
Process endorsements, certificates, ID cards, billing questions, and policy changes
Prepare new-business and renewal files so theyre complete and ready to bind
Keep the AMS/CRM current (notes, documents, status)
Answer phones and handle basic office coordination
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Active Oregon Property & Casualty producer license (required)
Comfortable selling on the phone and in person
Organized and accurate with follow-ups and paperwork
Reliable transportation; must work on site in Fairview
Basic computer skills (email, documents); Comfortable learning new systems quickly
