Job TitleHours: 7am to 3:30 pm as min. 5am to 5:30 pm is Max Must bring own Basic Industrial Hand ToolsResponsibilities:Assembly of equipment per mechanical drawingsEnsure that changes and problems get documented and communicatedCarry out assigned tasks with minimum direct supervisionExecute ISO Quality standardsCommunicate with the Machine Build Lead on open issues and progress during the build processSuccessful execution of assigned programs as they relate to cost, quality, timing and customer satisfactionMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areaAssist with preparing material for secondary processes (material finishing, heat treat, and deburring)Effectively and safely operate: Mill, Lathe, Drill, Press, Surface, Grinder, Saws, Shears, PressesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical education preferredBasic computer skillsAbility to read and interpret mechanical part and assembly drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude with a focus on quality and safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on/under machineryAbility to lift up to 50 lbsMust provide own basic industrial hand tools and toolboxAbility to obtain Forklift (Hi-Lo), Aerial Platform, Overhead Crane certifications, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training after hireExperience operating machine shop equipment (mill, lathe, drill press, grinder, saws, shears, presses)Willingness to travel up to 5% (domestic and international, if required)Education requirements: High school diploma, or equivalent certification. Related vocational education preferred.
