Senior Accountant

FieldBridge is looking for a Houston, TX based Senior Accountant to work for the world's 2nd largest oilfield services company.


Pay/Schedule: $50.00/hour | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Weekly pay + Benefits. Earn $104,000/year.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support complex accounting operations at the Houston, TX facility. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, posting journal entries, and resolving complex accounting issues while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal vouchers for complex accounting transactions and review financial transactions for accuracy and timeliness
• Perform complex accounting analyses and prepare related spreadsheets and application inputs
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues including matters related to internal controls
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial results including variance explanations to key stakeholders
• Participate in multi-functional teams and support project management initiatives across the finance organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting related roles
• Knowledge of US GAAP or country-specific accounting principles required
• Strong understanding of general accounting, financial analysis and reporting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial applications and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of internal controls and company policy compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
