Engagement Manager

Owning the project lifecycle from kick-off through handover, the full-time Engagement Manager will manage client implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope while fostering strong client relationships in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own delivery end-to-end, managing project plans across all phases and ensuring accountability to milestones Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and scope, enforcing change control and addressing out-of-scope requests Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, setting expectations transparently and driving client satisfaction Required qualifications 4+ years in project management, engagement management, or delivery leadership within enterprise SaaS or professional services Background in TPRM, vendor management, or related domains with familiarity in compliance standards like ISO 27001 or GDPR Proven experience in full-cycle SaaS implementations at complex enterprise clients across various methodologies Strong commercial acumen to identify scope creep and enforce change control effectively Technical literacy with knowledge of TPRM tools and proficiency in project management software like JIRA or Confluence
