What You Will Do Be the go‑to for support: Provide technical assistance through phone, email, and in‑person interactions while delivering a consistent, professional experience. Solve everyday technology challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and business applications. Keep work moving forward: Accurately document issues, track progress, and escrow more complex problems with clear detail and urgency. Troubleshooting mindset: Strong ability to analyze issues and find effective solutions across hardware, software, and basic networking. Customer‑focused approach: Passion for delivering excellent support and creating positive user experiences. Team‑player mindset: Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams. Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred: Including 1–3 years of support or customer service experience.
