VComply is an agile cloud (software as a service) GRC platform with capabilities to manage GRC in an easy-to-use and intuitive environment that delivers business value, brings a contextual understanding of GRC to enable an organization to reliably achieve objectives while addressing uncertainty and acting with integrity. VComply was founded in 2019 with a focus to deliver a SaaS Cloud GRC solution that is highly configurable and adaptable to a range of industries with a particular focus in the mid-market.

VComply enables organizations with out-of-the-box GRC applications that can be configured to exact needs of an organization with zero coding and zero infrastructure. Our cloud platform for GRC enables organizations to strengthen risk and compliance management.

Job Description

About The Job:

As the Account Executive, you'll own all new opportunities from prospects and customers. This is an excellent opportunity to lead our sales cycles, have direct input into the sales process and methodology, and work closely with the leadership team. Is your segment getting narrower? Territory smaller? Team larger? Quota higher? Come join the leadership team at a fast-growing, well-funded, enterprise B2B SaaS start up and drive our sales forward.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect alongside SDR to drive pipeline.
  • Develop proper segmentation and hone ICP.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation on campaigns.
  • Manage entire sales cycle on all opportunities including inbound and channel.
  • You know what to do.

Salary Range Estimate: $120,000 $140,000 per year, plus variable pay sales commission based on quota achievement. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.

Location: Northern California

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience selling, specifically enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Relationships with c-suite, specifically Risk, Compliance, Legal.
  • Proven track record of beating quota.
  • Knowledge of selling methodologies.
  • Data-driven decision maker.
  • Likes big commission checks.
