About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and business-minded Senior HR Business Partner to join our global HR team to support our growing GTM organization across the Americas region (US, Canada, and LatAm). The Senior HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor to leaders of all levels and employees alike, helping to align our People strategies with business goals while shaping an inclusive and high-performing culture. The ideal candidate is willing to jump-in when needed and has a passion for learning more. This role reports directly to the SVP of HR, supporting strategic and tactical execution to drive organizational success. What You'll Do: Manage the full employee lifecycle for team members across the Americas (US, Canada, and LatAm) Act as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders Support culture engagement and organizational design to align people strategies with business objectives Lead and support initiatives and HR programs that support growth, retention, and performance Run talent and succession planning sessions with senior leadership Support headcount planning and people-related costs Analyze HR metrics and trends to create actionable insights Coach managers and employees to improve performance and engagement What You Bring: 8+ years of hands-on HR experience at SaaS / tech companies (Business Partner + Regional HR experience preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) employees in Sales, Success, and Marketing organizations Strong business understanding with the ability to connect People strategy to company objectives Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace and HRIS platforms (TriNet, Bob, etc.) Proactive, professional, and able to navigate competing priorities with good judgment Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy building things that scale Bonus Points if You Have: Worked with global HR teams at late-stage tech start-ups or early growth-stage companies Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) Experience in the Cybersecurity industry What We Offer: Competitive salary and equity package Discounted medical, dental, and vision benefits with significant employer contribution Benefits coverage starting on your first day of employment Generous PTO with U.S. holidays observed and flexible hybrid & remote work environments Your choice of Mac or Windows laptop Work-from-home stipend to be used in your first month of employment Monthly reimbursement for cell phone and for home internet The chance to collaborate with a team of talented global colleagues all around the world Annual Salary range: $140,000-$170,000 base salary .
