Position Overview
***MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK and complete insurance licensing in timely manner. Agent will reimburse these costs.

*Base pay + commissions! $50-70K first year expected

Full time- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm or part time with one day off per week.

Responsibilities

• Works a daily task list in our computer system 
• Outbound cold calls with some leads provided
• Able to meet sales goals and motivated to market your skills
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
