Call Center Remote Customer Service Representative

Vimo is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time position available for the Santa Fe, NM area, with remote work. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience and assisting with finding and enrolling in health insurance. Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls; deliver the highest level of customer service consistently
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
• Application data entry
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
• Creative problem solving; adaptability to changing projects and updates
• Time and task management, multitasking and prioritization
• Extensive self-study, training, and testing as part of onboarding and certifications
• Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications across all channels

Qualifications

• Moderate to advanced computer skills; comfortable learning new technology
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working from home
• Self-motivated and success-driven

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Personal device with functioning camera required for training period
• Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
• Minimum Internet speed of 35 Mbps, with ethernet
• Cable/fiber broadband with hard-wired ethernet connection required
• Not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellite
• Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Compensation

• $17.00/hr, plus performance incentives
• $19.00/hr for Spanish bilingual, plus performance incentives

Preferred Experience (not required)

• Previous experience with health insurance groups or the ACA
• Experience in a call center
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
