Client Service Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our financial advisory firm as a part-time Client Services Coordinator. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional service while managing daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering and directing incoming client calls with professionalism and warmth.

* Assisting with general client service inquiries and scheduling appointments.

* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

* Supporting the team with various office administrative duties.

Requirements:

* Strong computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new software platforms is essential.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Background Check: All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.

* Professionalism: High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.

Position Details:

* Status: Part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and firm needs.

* Compensation: Starting at $24 per hour.

* Flexibility: We offer flexible working hours and the possibility of a hybrid or work-from-home arrangement once training is complete.
