Financial Access Lead — Patient Billing & Authorization

University of Washington

University of Washington in Seattle is seeking a Financial Access Specialist Lead to support Medicare/Medicaid eligibility, insurance verifications, and patient financial counseling. This 40-hour weekly role operates during daytime shifts within UW Medicine’s Financial Access Services. You will review workflows, train staff, handle authorizations in Epic, collect payments, and explain financial options to patients.
