Staff Accountant

Prepare and post journal entries; perform account and bank reconciliations. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries. Prepare and file sales tax reports monthly, quarterly, and annually as required. Process payroll and maintain payroll records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks, including collections, payment application, and resolution of customer account discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred. Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial practices. 2+ years of accounting experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
