About the Opportunity: Assignment Length: 3 to 6 months Setting: Hybrid (NYC Area; at least 4 days a week onsite; local candidates preferred!) Responsibilities: Own and maintain Workday Business Process workflows across core HR functions Manage Workday master data, security-related business process routing, and data integrity activities Partner with HR, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, and business stakeholders to support operational and strategic initiatives Analyze and resolve complex Workday functional issues and process exceptions Configure, test, and support business process enhancements and system changes Develop and maintain self-service reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics Support Workday releases, testing cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives Drive adoption of Workday self-service capabilities and best practices across the organization Ensure compliance with data governance and HR operational standards Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of HRIS experience, including significant hands-on Workday HCM experience Strong expertise supporting and maintaining Workday Business Processes in a production environment Deep understanding of Workday core HCM data structures, organizational structures, and master data management Experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and workforce administration Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and self-service functionality Proven ability to work directly with HR leadership and business stakeholdersStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities Ability to function independently in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision Senior Workday HRIS Analyst (CR/511968) New York, New York Salary: USD80 - USD90 per hour A professional services firm in New York City is seeking a newSenior Workday HRIS Analyst / Workday Functional Consultant.
