Land Analyst

NNE is seeking a Land Analyst for its Charleston, WV office. This contract position plays a key role in supporting the lifecycle management of land records, division order maintenance, landowner relations, and asset reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in the natural gas industry and a land administration background with a strong attention to detail. This is a contract (1099) position. The selected candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities Support the Land Administration team in the life cycle of land records management, including document intake, recordation, organization, and contractual adherence. Perform document processing, including preparation, execution, tracking, and submission for recordation. Support landowner relations, including responding to inquiries and coordinating documentation as needed. Perform data entry and quality control in land systems and spreadsheets. Manage projects relating to the control and tracking of company assets and contracts. Utilize Integra, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications for reporting, tracking, and documentation. Assist with internal coordination between land, legal, accounting, and operations teams as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the natural gas or energy industry is strongly preferred. Prior experience in land administration, land records, or title support. Familiarity with land documentation and recording processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience with Integra Energy Management System. Preferred Certifications & Professional Memberships Notary Public (may be obtained after hire if required). Membership in NALTA (National Association of Lease and Title Analysts). Membership in AAPL (American Association of Professional Landmen).
