Description Do you have excellent organization and customer service skills? Can you multi-task in a busy environment? Are you looking to gain experience in a medical environment? If so, Albany ENT & Allergy Services is looking for you! Albany ENT & Allergy Services is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join the team. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality patient experience. Performing administrative and customer service-related tasks including check-in, appointment scheduling, and verifying insurance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a customer service background. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow as a professional! Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical office preferred. Proficient computer skills including the ability to master the office’s software. Critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and consistent professional conduct. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $18.00 to $21.00. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
