As a Security Officer Full Time retail Patrol in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, property conditions, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with authorized entry procedures and reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
