Trauma-Informed Child Welfare Facilitator for Permanency

The New York Foundling seeks a dedicated Conference Facilitator to lead quarterly permanency-related Team Decision Making Conferences, crisis conferences, and goal-change conferences focused on safety, permanency, and well-being for children in care. You will work with birth and foster parents, youth, case planning staff, advocates, and others using motivational interviewing while assessing safety and risk factors. Ensure documentation and timely FTC plan distribution per NYS/ACS guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr New York Foundling
