Director of Talent Acquisition at Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Que Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Que is experiencing rapid growth with 6 more restaurants opening this year. We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team and help us attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of our expanding restaurant group. Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and create effective recruiting plans. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies. Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
