Senior Auto Sales Executive - Outside Sales & Account Generation

Apple Leasing- Commercial division is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy automotive sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role will focus heavily on outside sales — identifying, developing, and closing new B2B accounts while maintaining long‑term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales and/or commercial finance, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a commission-based role with a generous monthly draw. Top performers earn in excess of $400k annually, while average earnings are approximately $140k. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate leads and develop new client accounts (fleet, individual, and commercial) Conduct outside sales visits, attend networking events, and build relationships Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support post‑sale Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and vehicle inventory Requirements 3+ years of proven success in auto sales and/or commercial equipment finance (retail, fleet, or commercial) Demonstrated experience in outside sales or territory‑based account generation Highly self‑motivated, organized, and goal oriented Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to travel regionally as required Preferred Qualifications Existing portfolio of automotive or fleet clients Experience with CRM systems Background in B2B or fleet vehicle leasing/sales is a plus What We Offer Industry leading commission structure Performance incentives and bonuses Opportunity for career growth in a rapidly expanding organization Supportive, entrepreneurial work environment Healthcare, dental, vision, 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr D&M Leasing
