At Ziply Fiber, we’re expanding one of the fastest fiber networks in the nation — and we’re looking for Enterprise Account Executives who can drive new business, build strategic relationships, and deliver meaningful solutions to customers.
This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role where you’ll own your territory, build pipeline, and partner with enterprise clients to solve complex connectivity challenges. If you’re a driven seller who enjoys both prospecting and closing, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Identify and win new enterprise customers while expanding existing accounts
- Sell fiber-based voice and data solutions aligned to customer needs
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across all levels of enterprise organizations
- Understand customer challenges and deliver tailored, solution-based recommendations
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience managing a full B2B sales cycle (prospecting through close)
- Proven success closing complex deals and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling telecom, fiber, or related technology solutions
- Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
- Ability to build relationships across industries and stakeholder levels
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to leverage internal resources
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office-based role with regular use of computer and communication tools
- Ability to sit, stand, drive, and move for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
