Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Bilingual Preferred - Retail Sales

Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store join the Retail Team to bring T‑Mobile’s brand to life inside National Sales partner locations. The role focuses on customer engagement, providing a vibrant brand experience, and building lasting relationships through personalized interactions. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with customers in a high‑traffic retail environment using digital tools to communicate efficiently and demonstrate T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and apply solution‑based selling techniques to showcase product value. Complete all training on the in‑store experience, product knowledge, systems, and reference resources; maintain readiness to support sales and customer needs. Apply exceptional customer service skills, build rapport, and pursue new sales opportunities through follow‑ups, referrals, and price overrides when authorized. Coordinate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Coaching, communication, consultative selling, customer education, engagement, needs identification, referrals, satisfaction management, service, leadership, product knowledge, relationship building, sales, prospecting, techniques. Minimum 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel No travel required. DOT Regulated Position No DOT regulated or safety‑sensitive position. Compensation Hourly base pay: $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour during training. Eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000 upon promotion to Mobile Expert. All employees are guaranteed earnings of $20 per hour inclusive of base and incentives.
