Medical Device Assembler

Job Description

• We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers working in a cleanroom environment.
• This role involves intricate assembly tasks, primarily focusing on assembling catheters that are used to prevent aneurysms.
• The position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with small hand tools and a microscope.
• Shift Schedule: 5am - 1:30 am plus Overtime

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components such as coiling wire and small tubing using small hand tools.
• Operate under a microscope for extended periods to ensure precision in assembly.
• Maintain high standards of quality and performance in a cleanroom environment.
• Participate in GDP review and manage work orders within the ERP system.
• Issue materials to work orders and perform cycle counts of inventory.

Essential Skills

• Experience working with a microscope and small hand tools.
• Ability to work long hours in a cleanroom environment.
• Understanding of assembly processes and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices, electronics, or related industries is preferred.
• Skills in coil, hot box, iron soldering, UV bonding, and measuring equipment.
• Familiarity with GDP review and ERP systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
