We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and working in a supportive, family-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer service calls and client inquiries
- Assist with billing questions and policy servicing
- Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
- Quote renewal options and mid-term endorsements
- Communicate with insurance carriers to provide timely, accurate service
- Maintain client records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience required
- Experience with Applied Systems EPIC preferred
- Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
