Head Baker We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Washington. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You must have at least 5 years of experience as a baker, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of food safety regulations is also required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for eligible candidates. Preference will be given to Indian or Malayalee candidates with fluency in English.
