Title Clerk

We’re looking for an Onsite - Title Clerk for our client. If you have 2 -5 years of experience in support end to end vehicle title processing, maintain documentation accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, state agencies, and auctions then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company known for excellence. What You’ll Do Administrative & Operational Support Perform high volume filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation. Organize, package, and ship title documents. Maintain updated forms, manuals, and state specific requirements. Utilize internal systems, NADA, Registration Textbook, and trade references. Communication & Client Support Provide professional customer service and phone support for title related inquiries. Coordinate updates with state agencies, title vendors, and auctions. Communicate with assigned clients and escalate concerns when needed. Prepare and distribute invoices and periodic reports. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Previous office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Windows and Google applications Typing speed of 45–60 WPM preferred Ability to handle high volume tasks with accuracy Top performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness.
