Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Counsel clients on intellectual property strategy.
• Conduct patent mining and portfolio development.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Registered to practice before the  USPTO .
• Technical background preferred (EE, ME, CS, Physics, etc.).
• Experience or strong interest in client development.
