We are seeking a IT Business Analyst to join us on our journey. This role is based at our Global Headquarters in Hopkinton, MA, and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting business needs with practical technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteriaSupport the discovery, design, testing, and launch of new applications and system enhancementsCreate and maintain process documentation, training materials, and support resources that help teams adopt new tools and ways of workingAssist in solution evaluation by documenting options, recommendations, and defining clear data-based impact in the businessSupport backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and sprint planning in partnership with Product Owners and project teamsParticipate in testing activities (UAT, regression testing) to validate system functionalityIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencyCollaborate across business, IT, and vendor teams to help deliver practical, scalable solutionsSupport Company objectives by completing additional tasks as neededQualifications:2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleExperience working in Agile and Waterfall environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teamsExposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or data platformsPreferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:NetSuiteDynamics CRMJiraSharePointImplementation of enterprise business systemsKey Traits for Success:Highly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEager to learn and take on increasing responsibilityStrong collaborator with a customer-focused mindsetBose Professional is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
