With a flexible work schedule, you will have the autonomy to define your caseload, managing between 10 to 30 billable hours each week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to facilitate short-term psychotherapy within an ambulatory mental health services framework.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including crisis intervention, couples counseling, family therapy, and skills training, utilizing telehealth technology.

• Engage in collaborative consultations with multidisciplinary clinical teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, including therapy documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings for quality improvement initiatives, peer consultations, and case reviews.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the needs of individuals, families, and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of veterans and their families who may be facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and dual disorders. As an LMFT at Veterans Crisis Intervention, Inc., you will play an instrumental role in providing them with compassionate and effective care designed to empower them and improve their overall lives.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree or higher in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic interventions.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records to enhance service delivery and maintain patient documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience treating individuals with military backgrounds or those suffering from PTSD and related concerns is advantageous.

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
