Du benötigst neben einem PC / Notebook mit Windows-Betriebssystem 11, eine stabile Festnetz-Internetleitung (>16 MBit) und ein Headset Verkaufs- oder Call-Center-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil einarbeitung & konditionen Umfassende Einarbeitung Laufende Betreuung durch Deinen persönlichen Coach und regelmäßige Schulungen Entlohnung: Während der Einarbeitung (2 bis 4 Wochen): 7,50 € / Telefoniestunde* sowie einer Provision von 7,00 € pro stattgefundenem Termin Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung: 10,00 € / Telefoniestunde* (bei Erreichen unseres Mindestziels von 1 Termin alle 2 Stunden) Provision: 6,00 € bis 11,00 € pro Termin Zusatz-Bonus: 15,00 € je erfolgreichem Verkauf aus einem Termin Top-Terminierer: ca. 15 bis 20 € pro Telefoniestunde * Telefoniestunde besteht aus Anwahl und Gesprächsdauer inkl. Anrufbeantworter faq Worum geht es bei uns? Wir suchen Mitarbeitende, die im Home-Office für uns telefonieren. Wir sind eine Online Marketing Agentur, die seit über 25 Jahren auf dem Markt ist. Unsere Kunden sind kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen, denen es wichtig ist, in den Suchmaschinen von ihren Kunden gut gefunden zu werden. Dafür bieten wir verschiedene Marketinginstrumente an. In diesem Projekt bieten wir unseren Kunden eine kostenlose Wettbewerbsanalyse mit einer kostenlosen Beratung an. Erfahre mehr über uns: OMERGY/INTRAG Was wird benötigt? Wir stellen Dir unseren Dialer mit unseren Datensätzen zur Verfügung. Du benötigst lediglich einen funktionsfähigen Windows Rechner mit Windows 11 und eine sehr gute Internetleitung. Zudem benötigst Du ein Headset zur Telefonie. Zur Einrichtung Deines Rechners erhältst Du Unterstützung von uns. Wie sieht der Arbeitsablauf aus? Du meldest Dich an einer Software an, die lokal auf Deinem Rechner installiert wird, einem sogenannten Dialer. Über diesen Dialer bekommst Du vorqualifizierte Adressen von uns und telefonierst dann mit dem Dialer über das Internet. Wie läuft die Einarbeitung? Für die Einarbeitung benötigen wir in der Regel drei Tage, mit jeweils einer Stunde Einarbeitungszeit pro Tag über Microsoft Teams. In dieser Zeit erhältst Du einen ausreichenden Einblick, um den Kunden erklären zu können, worum es bei dem Angebot geht. Zudem erhältst Du natürlich einen Gesprächsleitfaden, Beispielgespräche und unsere Unterstützung, so dass wir schnell in dem Projekt starten können. Es erfolgt auch nach der Einarbeitungszeit eine Betreuung in der Gruppe über Microsoft Teams. Wann wird das Geld überwiesen? Jeweils zum Monatsanfang wird von Dir eine Rechnung für den vorangegangenen Monat erstellt. Zu Beginn unterstützen wir Dich gerne dabei. Du benötigst ein Eurokonto, da wir in Euro auf das von Dir angegebene Konto überweisen. Es dauert nach unseren Erfahrungen in der Regel 2 bis 3 Tage, bis das Geld nach erfolgter Abrechnung auf Deinem Konto verbucht wird.
