You'll work directly alongside Dr. Derek Alessi, helping lead the daily operations of both businesses while learning the skills required to help build and grow a successful company.

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position.

You'll help oversee the daily operations of:

Dr. Derek Health & Fitness

• A private fitness and nutrition studio specializing in adults over 45.

Strength Genesis

• A premium nutritional supplement company serving customers throughout the United States.

You'll become involved in nearly every aspect of the business.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $53,500

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience
• Coordinate daily operations
• Help oversee scheduling and client communication
• Support Shopify ecommerce operations
• Manage customer service
• Assist with marketing initiatives
• Use AI to improve efficiency
• Develop and improve systems
• Identify problems and solve them
• Continuously look for ways to improve the business

Alessi Fitness is owned by Dr. Derek Alessi, a 31-year-old health and wellness-focused service business located in East Amherst, NY. We help clients through our three pillars: The Right Exercise, The Right Diet, and accountability. We work with a clientele between 40 and 75 years of age to lose weight, drop body fat, reduce or eliminate medications, and improve the quality of their lives. We provide premium-level personal training, nutritional services, and progress management. Our track record is established by helping thousands of individuals attain their health and fitness goals with long-term success.
