Maintains professional accountability and technical support for provision of patient care for the endoscopy patients experience.As directed, may be preparing the endoscopy field, obtain needed equipment uphold patient safety standards and assist the physician and registered nurse.Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties and may assist with special procedures as noted on the career ladder program.These duties may range from limited to overly complex. All duties are performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: GI-Endoscopy Tech, FT Days5 days/week - 8 hours shift, 6:30am - 3:00pm or 7:00am-3:30pm4 days/week - 10 hour shifts, 6:30am-5:00pm or 7:00am -5:30pm

Qualifications:

• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
