This leadership role is ideal for an experienced supply chain professional who thrives on optimizing operations, driving on-time delivery, reducing costs, and leading high-performing teams to achieve production and customer satisfaction goals.What's in it for you?Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Weekly Pay401kAnd More!Materials Manager Details:Direct Hire position$ 120,000.00 to $ 125,000.00 / annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)Lead production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control activities to ensure on-time customer delivery while supporting manufacturing output, capacity, and business objectives.Manage procurement and replenishment of raw materials through MRP systems, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to meet production demands.Develop and execute inventory management strategies that optimize inventory levels, improve material flow, and support cost-saving initiatives.Supervise and develop the Materials team, providing leadership, performance management, workload planning, and continuous improvement support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers while monitoring delivery performance, coordinating prototype and production requirements, and ensuring 100% on-time delivery objectives are met.Materials Manager Qualifications:5-10 years of supply chain or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment, with automotive experience preferred.Demonstrated success managing production schedules, raw material planning, inventory levels, and customer delivery performance.Experience utilizing MRP/ERP systems to drive material availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.Proven people leadership skills with experience developing, coaching, and managing materials, planning, or supply chain teams.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
