Property Accountant

Easterly Government Properties, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to manage daily accounting for a portfolio of Class A properties in the Washington, DC area. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations and assist with monthly closes and budgets. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 2 years of accounting experience, with CPA/Master's preferred. You'll collaborate with on-site and off-site managers, auditors and tax preparers while supporting SOX compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
