Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $28.57 – $37.84 (based on experience & shift differentials)
• Differentials:
  • Evenings (1500-2300): +$2.30/hr
  • Nights (2300-0700): +$3.75/hr
  • Weekends (1900 Friday – 0700 Monday): +$3.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Perform routine Epic and bedside medication verification
• Work independently in critical care areas after clinical check-offs
• Deliver all modes of respiratory therapy across hospital departments
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies per protocols
• Mentor and support students and new staff members
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and ongoing education requirements

What You Need

• Valid Respiratory Therapy license from the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
• NBRC CRT or RRT credential
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum of 6 months experience in critical care settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
