About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director or VP Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and business transformation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and well-architected technical solutions. This role is highly execution-oriented and customer-facing, with a focus on solution design, architectural review, and pre-sales support. Key responsibilities include acting as a solutions architect, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, and ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for solution quality and technical clarity. Applicants for the Director or VP Solutions Architect position at the company should have a strong background in software engineering and solution architecture, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing SaaS and cloud-based systems. The role requires the ability to map complex business requirements to technical architectures and to produce clear specifications for engineering teams. Experience in a customer-facing technical role, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, is essential.
