Accounts Receivable Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our accounting and office operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction office environment and enjoys balancing administrative and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls
• Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and general office duties
• Handle outgoing mail and office errands (bank/post office)
• Enter quotes and sales orders into Sage
• Process billing and customer invoices
• Prepare conditional releases
• Email invoices and maintain billing records
• Log commissions and process cash receipts
• Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed
• Provide support to Estimating, Operations, and Accounting departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 13 years of construction office experience
• Sage accounting software experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
