State WA Location 1615 Delaware St, Longview, WA, 98632-2310 Requirements Start- ASAP - Washington state license must be in hand at time of present. No IMLC at this time. We are going to seek fast track or urgent credentialing.Type- APC/APP NP is ideal due to work without a supervising physician• Yearly refills• Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction• Kidney stones• Male incontinence • Cystoscopies• Surgical assist Why Open?- Gap in coverageWorking at Medical Center and Urology Clinic 1 mile awayBoth Hospital and Clinic Privileges NeededInpatient Outpatient SettingBed #- 122Call 7 days of unrestricted call per monthAvg. Patients per day- 18Procedures- standard urology procedures in the clinic and operating roomRequired clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs- Applicant must provide documentation case list of provision of surgical services 100 procedures representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Case list must include diagnosis or procedure and date and facility where performed. Will provider work solo? If not other providers specialties working with them- YesLicensed Candidate: Yes candidate must have a Washington state license in hand at time of present. No IMLC at this timeRequired certifications Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable- BLS and ACLSEMR - EPIC Shift Info: Day 5x9-Hour 08:00 - 17:00 Schedule Day 5x9-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Dates Needed 2026-06-29T07:00:00+00:00 - 2026-12-28T07:00:00+00:00 Alumni Healthcare Staffing offers:- Weekly Direct Deposits
