About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Dean of Academic Affairs to support consistent, high-quality academic delivery across multiple campuses and online programs. The role connects academic strategy with campus-level execution, providing operational guidance to campus academic leaders and accountability for student retention, completion, experience, career placement, and licensure outcomes. Responsibilities include implementing retention and early-alert processes, supporting faculty recruitment and development, and driving corrective action when performance falls below established benchmarks. The Regional Dean also ensures academic programs, personnel, facilities, and curricula meet applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements, while promoting consistent use of academic systems and data. Candidates should hold a master’s degree in higher education administration, academic affairs, education, or a related field from an appropriately accredited institution. At least five years of progressive academic leadership experience is required, including experience supporting operations across multiple campuses or learning formats. Applicants should bring expertise in retention frameworks, early-alert and intervention programs, faculty performance and development, accreditation, and licensure or certification oversight. Strong data literacy and proficiency with learning, student information, customer relationship, and retention workflow systems are also required, along with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
