Registered Nurse - CVICU

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans involving patients and families, direct care through delegation and coordination, and evaluate patient responses to interventions. Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards, documenting accurately, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree (or pursuing within four years if less than 12 months of experience). Skills include patient care, communication, critical thinking, documentation, and team collaboration. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to see, hear, lift, and maneuver equipment and patients; manual dexterity; ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles if applicable.
