Key Responsibilities Hunt down and secure new commercial accounts, including property managers, facility managers, and insurance adjusters. Conduct site visits, deliver persuasive presentations, and educate clients on how our solutions get businesses back to work quickly. Qualifications Proven B2B sales experience—restoration, construction, or facilities management a plus. Self‑starter with a proven track record of crushing sales goals. Ability to translate technical restoration solutions into clear client value. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
